John Neville
John Neville has over 40 years of experience within companies engaged in the deployment of technology infrastructure associated with the telecommunications, IT (data centers and AI), and power generation industries. He has held senior leadership positions for large companies such as DEC/HP, Verizon, Nortel, Ericsson, and Vodafone, as well as midsize and tech startups Terremark, Adtran, Foghorn, TalkMap, and Prismecs. In addition, as part of his executive roles, he has been responsible for developing partnerships with industry-leading companies such as GE Vernova, Baker Hughes, Quanta Services, AECOM, and SDCL. His sales leadership has produced contributions in excess of 50 billion dollars over the course of his career.
Kevin Duffy
Kevin Duffy is a graduate of the University of Texas with a bachelor's degree in computer science. He began his career as a non-commissioned officer, serving four years of active duty in the United States Air Force. He has held various top positions in multi-billion-dollar companies such as Tracor Aerospace, Siemens AG, and Northern Telecom before eventually becoming the CEO / founder of multiple technology companies, including Proxim and Fastback Networks, which raised over $180 million in funding. Kevin co-founded Kai Jai in 2022 with John Neville to apply their business and industrial experience to today’s most difficult challenges on behalf of their clients.
Patrick Mulhearn
Patrick F. X. Mulhearn joined Kai Jai in December 2025, concurrently leading the Waste-to-Energy Division at Powertron Global LLC (www.powertronglobal.com). He holds patents for M2M learning in pattern matching and patent pending rights for an AI platform that brokers attorney fees. Previously, Mr. Mulhearn served as CEO of Milestone Management Group, where he secured over $200 million in venture capital investments. His executive background includes senior positions with Verizon predecessor companies, namely New York Telephone, NYNEX, and Bell Atlantic. Early in his career, he was Counsel to the Mayor of New York City for six years under the Honorable Edward I. Koch, earning the Medal of the City of New York for Distinguished Public Service in 1988. Mr. Mulhearn holds a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College and a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School.
